It has been decided that Sakurai Kazutoshi’s song “Ame ga Suspendarah” (lyrics and composition by Sakurai Kazutoshi), which was written for the Hibiya Broadway stage of the Hibiya Music Festival, where music producer Kameda Seiji will serve as executive committee chair, will be released as a single on May 28th.
The Hibiya Music Festival is a music festival that starts with Kameda Seiji’s desire to “give you the opportunity to hear amazing music live performances as something open to everyone,” and allows you to enjoy a variety of music experiences that transcend generations and genres for free. “Ame ga Storara,” which has been decided to be released in a single, was first performed by members of the Hibiya Broadway unit formed by Inoue Yoshio as one of the Hibiya Music Festival project projects, at the “100th Anniversary of the Hibiya No Oto 2023” held from Saturday, June 3rd to Sunday, June 4th, 2023, by Sakurai.
The single was released, and the song was produced by Kameda Seiji and the chorus arrangement was performed by Onuki Yuichiro.
A group of actors who have appeared in Hibiya Broadway, centered around Inoue Yoshio, have gathered as vocalists, and have appeared in the Japanese musical world! The DVD that comes with the product also includes a music video that features valuable recording scenes edited in a documentary style.
This song, which was born from the Hibiya Music Festival, is finally being released with the wish of Inoue and other Hibiya Broadway, which aims to “go to more people across music genres.”
A portion of this proceeds will be donated to the Hibiya Music Festival with the aim of “continuing a free music festival that everyone can enjoy.”

The Hibiya Music Festival is a freelance and borderless music festival, with music producer and bassist Kameda Seiji serving as the executive committee chair.
Hibiya Broadway is a unit formed around Inoue Yoshio as one of the project projects for this music festival.
From 2019 to 2024, Inoue, who represents the musical world, has invited new musical actors to be the member of the Hibiya Music Festival, aimed to create a stage where everyone can enjoy music across genres, and has given special performances every year.
In 2025, 11 actors who have participated in the Hibiya Music Festival have gathered as “Hibiya Broadway,” and “When the Rain Stops” will be made into a sound source produced by Kameda Seiji.
