Kanekoayano’s first album, “Stone Thread,” was released today, Friday, April 25th.
kanekoayano is a band led by SSW’s Kanekoayano. This work is in addition to members Kanekoyano (Vo./Gt.), Hayashi Hirotoshi (Gt.), and takuyaiizuka (Ba.). The recording was made by five support members, SEI NAGAHATA (Dr.) and Miyasaka Ryotaro (Per.). After more than a year of pre-production, this film was recorded in two weeks and is said to be a major turning point in her career, with Kanekoyano’s tastes shared with all her members more than ever before.
The album’s artwork was written by TIDE, an artist who has worked on Kanekoyano’s official website and designs for merchandise. It is also scheduled to be released on CD and LP on Wednesday, May 28th.
In addition, starting June, the tour “kanekoayano Hall Tour 2025 “Stone Thread”” will also be held, which will feature 14 performances in 12 locations nationwide. Official advance reservations (lottery) for tickets have now started.
