NEW FOUND GLORY will be releasing their new single “100%” with Pure Noise Records, and will be releasing its new single, “100%” at 10pm today, April 30th!
To celebrate his new beginning with the label, which includes KNOCKED LOOSE, STATE CHAMPS, LESS THAN JAKE, THE STORY SO FAR, SENSES FAIL, and more, he has released a timeless pop punk song. It brings out intense energy and unwavering resolve.
The band said about their new song “100%” as follows:
No matter what, life is filled with unexpected difficulties. That’s inevitable. Sometimes you’re lucky enough to prepare, and sometimes it comes suddenly. It is during this time that we can choose to face difficulties head on and stand up. They find ways to get out of it, share their predicaments with others, and also help those around them grow. Or, on the other hand, you could be plagued by the victim’s consciousness, blame the world, and pause, but I don’t recommend it.
“100%” is a song to encourage fans and people who are in tough times. Whatever it is, to show 100% of yourself. Music has always been our outlet for NFG (NEW FOUND GLORY). That’s our positive escapism. For example, I think the lyrics of this song say “These songs aren’t for awards it’s how we take a breath” is the feeling that our fans have always resonated and built a connection. I’m very excited about this song. And also for guitar riffs! It is a strength of NEW FOUND GLORY, and I am very pleased that our personality has returned to the middle.
