Voice actor and artist Uchida Aya has decided to release her new album, “Re:birthday,” to commemorate her 10th anniversary of her debut as an artist, on July 23rd, her birthday.
Uchida Aya made her artist debut on November 12th, 2014 with her first album, Apple Mint, and is currently celebrating her 10th anniversary. The new album “Re:birthday” will include the 10th anniversary single released last year, the “Explosive Heart,” the ending theme of the anime “Sentai Red: Become an Adventurer in Another World,” as well as six new tracks recorded by the authors who have coloured Uchida Aya’s songs for the past 10 years.
This work will be released in three formats: a limited edition first edition that comes with a regular edition and a music video collection, as well as a 10th anniversary set. In addition to the CD, the 10th anniversary set will be released as a set of two Blu-rays featuring side A and side B, which will be held at Zepp DiverCity (TOKYO) on February 23rd, featuring 78 of their songs in two set lists, and a must-have set for fans, featuring two different acrylic stands.
Furthermore, on September 15th, a final live performance to close out its 10th anniversary will be held at Kannai Hall Large Hall in Kanagawa! With a different concept of day and night, the fastest ticket advance has begun today, with the release of the first live performance held at Gotanda Yupo to the Hall on May 23, 2015, titled “AYA UCHIDA 10th ANNIVERSARY FINAL LIVE ~Re:birthday~”, which marks the end of its 10th anniversary with the latest album title, with the evening performance being the title of the latest album, and the super fastest ticket advance for purchasers of the album “Re:birthday.”
This new information was announced at the performance “AYA UCHIDA with GUNMACHAN 2MAN LIVE” with Gunma-equipped mascot character Gunma, held at his hometown of Takasaki City Cultural Hall in Gunma Prefecture on May 5th. The event also announced the release of a collaboration product “It’s Time! Announcement Toban Uchida Aya x Komei-kun Special Edition ver.” with Gunma Electric’s “Komei-kun,” well known for its melody of “♪ Popopopopo” and “The Melody of the “♪ Popopopopo”” was announced. It includes a recorded message with Uchida Aya singing the melody, and limited-time orders have begun starting today. We can’t take our eyes off Uchida Aya’s lively 10th anniversary.
