Dramatic Design Farm THINKR has launched a new co-creation system called “THINKR CREATIVE UNION” in collaboration with .MP Inc., which aims to expand creatively and collaborate with business.
THINKR Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Haraya Kenjiro; hereinafter referred to as THINKR) launched its first group structure in May 2025 with .MP Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Horiuchi Hide / Sudo Daisuke; hereinafter referred to as .MP).
This structure is called “CREATIVE UNION” and seeks ways to co-create M&A and organizational integration through flexible relationships.
The two companies will bring their own strengths and cultures together to expand their next-generation creative solutions and expression possibilities.
■ Background
THINKR started as a design firm that handles corporate advertising and creative production for artists, and has consistently pursued “maximizing the value of brands and artists through the power of creativeness.” This attitude is still passed down to our DNA.
Today, the boundary between entertainment and technology is becoming more fluid than ever before, and the way expression is expressed is changing dramatically.
In such an era, we are working to create new expressions and IPs using digital native ideas, focusing on the “essence of creation.”
This time, the group structure will be an option to further expand our THINKR attitude.
By combining each other’s strengths, we will increase the number of options in the creative field, achieve early scale-up of our business, further increasing the range and depth of expression.
■ What is THINKR CREATIVE UNION?
In this business capital collaboration, we sought a way of relationships that we can’t grasp in frameworks such as “grouping” and “M&A,” and as a result, we have come to believe that the expression “CREATIVE UNION” is the most appropriate fit for our current attitude and purpose.
Under this new structure, we will further strengthen THINKR’s creative foundation, and promote the integration of cross-disciplinary expression, technology and planning, and expand collaboration with a wide range of creators, both within and outside the organization. We aim to create powerful synergies between the art direction capabilities of .MP and IP creativity.

The following two companies will participate in this system:
THINKR Co., Ltd. (main)
The company focuses on artist production and IP development, and develops XR live performances, video production, direction and direction, creative production, and more. With its strengths, we will work together with creators both inside and outside the company to create next-generation entertainment.
MP Co., Ltd.
A design creative team that has its strengths in expression rooted in a wide range of cultures, including anime, manga, music, fashion, and VTubers. He is consistently responsible for everything from web production to video production, event planning and promotion, and aims to create a “next culture.”
In the future, as a group, we will continue to work on projects that cross expression, technology and strategies, as well as IP development and project development, while making use of each other’s expertise and stance.

Starting with this issue, THINKR will continue to expand its synergy as a “CREATIVE UNION” through capital alliances with various creative companies. We aim to create a “supple collection” that has the potential to connect with a variety of partners and expands as they change shape with the times.
