A song and music video inspired by the original work will be produced.
It has been decided that a collaboration project will be implemented between Vocaloid P. Shishishi and the popular basketball manga “Ichikabachika” (written by Honma Jinsuke), which is currently being serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday.
A surprise announcement was made on the stage of the “Shishishi 3rd ONE MAN LIVE “Renren”” held at Zepp Shinjuku (TOKYO) on Saturday, May 17th, 2025.
This collaboration was made when Shishishi made a “reverse offer” to the original work side at his own request when he produced the music, which he had been loading on a daily basis. This is a special tie-up created by the enthusiasm between creators that transcend genre boundaries.
A newly written song inspired by the worldview of the original work, and a music video based on the song is currently underway, and is scheduled to be released in the summer of 2025.
Furthermore, this collaboration is positioned as the “first installment” of the Shishishi x Comics Collaboration Project, and new attempts to cross manga and music will continue to be developed in the future.
