Following on from the previous work, the members create a style for each song. The mixing feel with the band’s live performances infused with the mix is something that Ovall has been doing for a long time, but I think this work has become a group of works that feature strong colors from the three of them.
While each person creates the composition, typing, editing, etc., the members play the instruments, so the band’s sense of unity is infused with the sound of Ovall, resulting in a balanced sound. After the release of the previous film, I appeared at many live shows in Japan and overseas, and felt like I had finished it for a while, but that’s when Ovall didn’t finish. As we headed towards the next step, we thought about the production and live performances, and created a group of works while still passionate!

I think it was great that each song was able to be updated as a 2025 Ovall while following the previous Ovalls.
I was also happy to be able to collaborate with KIKI. Regarding this song, I wanted to have Ovall and pop-like coexist.
I think this is a song that I was able to achieve thanks to them.

This time we recorded at each member’s location, so I was conscious of valuing the direction of the demo and expanding the world of the song with my own interpretation.
I think there’s an atmosphere within the band where we can freely incorporate new ideas while still maintaining a solid focus as Ovall.
Recently, the theme of guitars is to perform and create sounds that are not eccentric in a good way.
We tried and error to give a fresh impression by bringing out the traditional Ovall sounds such as wow, chorus and distortion straight.
I think this is a four-song song that is perfect for a new chapter, blending the past and new ones!
