Jo0ji’s new song, “Joji” (pronounced by Joji) has been used as the commercial song for the Toyota Motor Corolla series’ new TV commercial, “Multiverse,” which will start on Saturday, May 24th. He also narrates the commercials, and you can watch the 15- and 30-second versions on YouTube.
“Joji” is a song that conveys the message “What if my name is different” based on the world line of if, and that “the possibilities are endless and free.” The footage of each Corolla series of vehicles driving through various multiverse spaces, and the song that gives off a pleasant breeze will surely bring a new sense of freedom for people.

It has also been revealed that their first album, “Aeka,” which includes the same song, will be released on Wednesday, July 9th. The album will feature a total of 13 songs. It is said that this work has a clear sense of “what is jo0ji?” The artwork is followed by the latest artist visuals, and is handled by photographer TAKAY. The artwork direction was done by Margt.
The first CD version was released in a paper jacket. A special album site has also been opened, so be sure to check it out. In addition, “Joji” will be streamed in advance on Wednesday, June 11th, ahead of the album.
In addition, it has also been decided that the first tour “Jo0Ji 1st Album Tour 2025 “Aekanaru”” will be held from November this year, which will take place in six locations across the country. Advance ticket lottery applications for early pre-order purchasers have also started for CD preorders.

▼About the Toyota Corolla Series New TV CM
I never thought that the day would come when I would write a TOYOTA commercial.
I was surprised at the story I had never expected, but I am truly honored. thank you.
I think this song has become a fun and free-spirited song, so please listen not only to driving but also to various scenes in your daily life!
▼Joji” Self-liner Notes
This song was created after being asked to create a TOYOTA Corolla commercial. As I spoke with the creative team of the commercial, I was given the impression that I wanted to create a video that would give me a sense of the future potential, and I also received several keywords. Among them was the name “I might have been able to achieve,” and at that time I came up with the title “Joji.” This is my name, which was another candidate. If it had this name on it, maybe I wouldn’t have played music, so what would have happened? With that in mind, I decided to write a song that would make me go back to my childhood when I was a child, where I could become anything.
Looking back now, when I was a child I thought I could really be anything, and I believed that I had something outstanding like the protagonist of a movie. I seriously thought that when I turned 11 I would receive a letter from Hogwarts and become a wizard, and I thought that if I was bitten by a spider, I could become Spider-Man, so I even looked for a spider-like spider. He lived freely and innocently, believing in infinite possibilities.
While I think he was quite an idiot, I also think that feeling can’t be easily made into an idiot. This is because my name was taken from a musician my father liked, and since I learned this, I naturally assumed that I had a talent for music, even though I hadn’t made any particular efforts. I had such unfounded confidence, so when I finally decided to try composing, I was surprised at how uncertainty I might be able to make it.
It’s fine to be a preconception. I thought the power to strongly believe that this is what will happen will create many possibilities.
Even if it’s an unexpected thing, the possibilities open up only to those who believe in and push forward. No matter what people around you say, you have no choice but to keep running.
I think this song has been a song that will push people who continue to run like that when they feel anxious and almost stop.
