TAMTAM has released their new album, “Where They Dwell” today, Friday, May 23rd.
It’s been about five years since we’ve released a full album. Following last year’s EP “Ramble In The Rainbow,” this is the second international release from the Washington, DC label “PPU (Peoples Potential Unlimited)”.
Created through self-recoding and self-mixing, this work features a colorful soundscape that combines elements such as dub, psychedelic, jazz, and new age. The music, which is inspired by his experiences traveling around the country, focuses on “things that live there” that encompasses living creatures and inanimate objects, as well as the existence of fantasies and fantasies. It was also announced that a solo live concert to commemorate the release will be held at WPÜ SHINJUKU in Tokyo on Saturday, September 13th. Tickets are on sale from today.
