“Childhood photos” of JO1, Fujii Kaze, ME: I, Macaroni Pencil, aiko, LEX, LANA and others will be available on Spotify for Children’s Day only

■Spotify uses childhood photos of artists and creators as playlist cover images!

To celebrate Children’s Day on May 5th, Spotify has released childhood photos of artists as cover images of popular official playlists for one day only.

In 2024, six domestic artists will participate: aiko, LEX, LANA, JO1, Fujii Kaze, Macaroni Pencil, and ME: I.

In addition, the cover of “Inspiring Voice,” a playlist that introduces Spotify’s up-and-coming podcasters, features a childhood photo of Jane Sue, who is a personality on the popular podcast program “OVER THE SUN,” and Mika Horii.

It’s a fun project just to watch, so be sure to check it out.
