At the Korite session held in Bali in October 2024, I briefly talked with everyone about what kind of song do you want to make? Then, as I started putting together the beat, the song quickly took shape. I still vividly remember the way each of them became immersed in the production of music on the spot, and the light shining through the studio pool, sparkling on the surface.
Adriel’s clear singing voice, JJ’s vocals and arrangements, and Karl’s ideas. Each of the sounds naturally overlap, and before I knew it, I had completed a very pleasant song. This song is like a sound that makes the Balinese atmosphere and atmosphere come into play.

During the songwriting camp, Shigge and I were staying in the same villa, so we had the opportunity to talk a little more after the first day. We had already made some connections even before the project officially began, discussing the music scene in Cebu and Tokyo, sharing each other’s works and experiences.
The next day, we immediately discussed collaborating together. At that time, I saw Adriel, who hadn’t been in the group yet, and JJ, who had just joined in later, was also joined.
Overall, it was a very natural flow, and I feel like everyone was moving with the desire to “just create and do it together.” There was an energy full of solidarity and creativity.
Shigge was very skilled and had excellent taste, and I felt like I was following his lead and joined the process in my own way. He had already finished most of the composition of the song, so all he had to do was concentrate on writing the lyrics. JJ really showed off her synth sounds and quickly realized that it was her specialty. And Adriel was a quick-minded lyricist, and his lyrics gave the songs a narrative.
