It was formed in Shibuya, Tokyo in the summer of 2011.
Since his debut with his first full album, “MY FIRST STORY,” in April 2012, his solid songs and live performances have been a hot topic, and he has also performed at large festivals across the country and co-starred with many overseas artists, steadily gaining his skills.
Since then, they have been actively performing live performances, and in March 2021 they will hold “STORYTELLER TOUR 2021.” The FINAL performance was held in Shibuya, where MY FIRST STORY was formed, and its first performance in Tokyo hall (LINE CUBE SHIBUYA) was held. In 2022, celebrating its 10th anniversary, he visited 22 performances nationwide on “MY FIRST STORY TOUR 2022,” and in 2023 he toured 47 prefectures and released streaming for 12 consecutive months.
In November, they performed their first one-night two-man live performance with ONE OK ROCK at Tokyo Dome, and announced that they will be returning in a solo live performance this time.
In 2023, “I’m a Mess,” released in 2021, attracted attention again, and its total streaming performance exceeded 200 million times. On Apple Music, it ranked 7th in the Top 100: Japan, and on Billboard JAPAN, it ranked 8th in Streaming Songs.
Hiro won the Japan Record Award for Best Lyrics Award for the 2023 song.
In 2024, the opening theme for the pillar rehearsals of the TV anime “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” was decided, with the song “Mugen”, in which MY FIRST STORY and HYDE teamed up.
In 2025, MY FIRST STORY is currently holding its first Asian tour, running through Japan and other Asian countries.
