“Gibson Crossover Live” will be held at Zepp Haneda (Tokyo) on Sunday, October 19th, featuring Okuda Tamio and Hedigan’s. Guseokumz will be appearing as the opening act at this highly anticipated event. Gusukumuz is a four-member band that attracts attention with its nostalgic yet new sounds, sublimating the essence of 70s folk and city pop into the modern era. This organic band ensemble centered around guitars will envelop listeners’ hearts.

The special live performance will be decorated with three artists that Gibson respects most.

Gibson ambassador Okuda Tamio, who made his debut as a member of the Unicorn in 1987 and has also been active in solo activities and curling sytones, appeared as MTR&Y in the band. On October 21, 2024, we celebrated the 30th anniversary of our full-scale solo career, and look forward to the overwhelming sound of Okuda, who is vigorously running through the anniversary year.

“Hedigan’s” is a band with an old friend formed by Suchmos’ YONCE, known as “YONCE” Yosuke, the former member of “YONCE” has appeared. In 2024, he performed at large festivals such as FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL and GREENROOM FESTIVAL, and in November of the same year, Hedigan’s, who released his first ALBUM “Chance,” will liven up the stage with a unique performance.

In addition, Guseokumz, a four-member band that is mainly active in Kichijoji, Tokyo, has been selected to appear as the opening act this time. “Subekaraku Shade Rain” released in July 2021 has sparked a stir, and Guseokumz, who is currently gaining momentum, will bring a new wind to this special event, with his appearance at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL 2023’s ROOKIE AGO-GO and a successful solo tour held in seven cities across the country in 2024.
