EVISBEATS has announced that it will release its collaboration album “Saitotsu” with Nagipan on Friday, July 18th. In addition, their pre-single single “Ita Keiso” was streamed today, Friday, July 4th.
The album “Suito” is said to be a work that has been crystallized into music, as it intersects with EVISBEATS, who lives in the area, following the fact that Nagipan moved his base to Wakayama in 2024, and has been living in the studio every week since January 2025.
The title comes from the coined word “Suiten,” left behind by Minamikata Kumagusu, and means “a place where various things gather and influence each other,” and through this phrase, EVISBEATS and Nagipan, the two members of Wakayama’s climate, shrines, mountains, rivers, and the sounds of the impressions they received from the people who live there. The heat lurking within the tranquility, the moment when different perspectives intersect, the sound that can only be created in that place rises up with the warmth of dramatic, lo-fi hip-hop. It gently touches the depths of emotions, transcending genres, time, and more. “Suido” is a record of modern “community” and is a work that can be called a pilgrimage of sound.
