On July 5th, Ozzy Osbourne and original members of BLACK SABBATH reunite for their final performance, “Back To The Beginning: Ozzy’s Final Bow” at Stadium Villa Park in Birmingham! Normally festival headliner-level bands and members gathered from around the world for BLACK SABBATH to perform some of the most representative songs and covers of songs by BLACK SABBATH and Ozzy Osbourne.
The “Black Sabbath” festival, which lasted approximately 10 hours overall, featured not only the initially planned bands such as METALLICA, GUNS N’ ROSES, and SLAYER, but also numerous surprises along the way, including the appearance of actor Jack Black’s video appearance, the appearance of YUNGBLUD, THE ROLLING STONES’s Ronnie Wood, and AEROSMITH’s Steven Tyler.
With an unannounced guest, moving tributes and a career-covering setlist, it was the definitive final chapter in Ozzy Osbourne and BLACK SABBATH legend. Ozzy, now 76 years old, has had many health problems in the past, not only four spine surgery, but also made public that he has Parkinson’s disease and that he has difficulty walking in 2020. However, at this event, despite being in a chair, he received cheers from the fans of musicians who gathered in his hometown, and his one-of-a-kind singing voice was heard.
It is scheduled to be available on demand until 11pm today, July 7th, 48 hours after the show. Whether you missed the live broadcast or want to try it again, be sure to check it out!
