It has been announced that the collaboration single “Ikeike a Go-Go” by RIP SLYME’s PES and RHYMESTER’s Mummy-D will be released on Friday, July 11th.
The two have been long-standing allysists, each leading a group that represents the domestic hip-hop scene, but this is the first time they have collaborated. This work is said to be a happy and groovy summer anthem, incorporating the essence of Showa-era pop songs and 60’s psychrock. With a catchy “whew” call and “go-go” rhythm, both your mind and body naturally danceable. The world’s first on-air will be scheduled for Thursday, July 10th on TBS Radio’s After 6 Junction 2, which is the personal character of PES’s reliable senior and Mummy-D’s partner, RHYMESTER Utamaru.
“Mummy-D vs PES vs. Airtrip presents Everyday Summer Festival 2025” will be held on Sunday, July 13th at Yokohama Red Brick Hall (3rd floor, Red Brick Warehouse Building 1) in Kanagawa, and PES & Mummy-D will be held together on Wednesday, July 9th, and Instagram live will also be planned.
