BABYMETAL, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, has released its new song “Kon! Kon! feat. Bloodywood” which will be released on its fourth album “METAL FORTH” to be released on August 8th, in advance today, July 11th, and the music video has been released!
This album features BLOODYWOOD, an Indian metalcore band known as “Bollywood Metal,” as guests, and features lyrics based on the fox monster “fox” and vocal melody that gives off a sense of “Japanese” elements, grooves and folk instruments based on Indian folk music, and elements of “Japanese” and “signs” that are the roots of each band, resulting in a groovy yet mysterious and nostalgic sound.
Currently, BABYMETAL is currently on a North American tour with BLOODYWOOD as a support act, which is the largest in the group’s history, and the music video for this work includes performances from Theater Madison Square Garden from the tour. Two BLOODYWOOD vocalists join together on BABYMETAL’s stage, and they perform energetic live performances in perfect form. You’ll also be sure to watch BABYMETAL’s dance performance, which also incorporates elements of “Bollywood dance,” which is also familiar to Indian films.
