The collaboration single “Happy Sweet Memories” between Bangkok singer-songwriter Phum Viphurit and Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region artist Akkajiang Akin was released today, Wednesday, July 9th.
This song was produced by the Korite Camp Program hosted by the music platform Netease Cloud Music, held in Hangzhou, China. In addition to Phum Viphurit and Akkajiang Akin, the song is co-written by four members: Huang Zi-jin of Chinese fusion band The Brownie Band, and Rafael Manuel Alvarez (Different Sleep), a producer and engineer in LA.
A city pop melody song was born as a result of the process of exchanging ideas and inspiring each other. The lyrics describe a rekindled friendship that evokes nostalgia. In addition, songs created under this Colite Camp program will be released in the future.
