Kaytranada’s performance in Japan will be held at Toyosu PIT in Tokyo on Thursday, August 28th.
Last year, they released their third album, “TIMELESS,” featuring gorgeous artists such as Childrench Gambino, Thundercat, Don Toliver, Anderson .Paak, Pink Pantheress, Dawn Richard, and Tinashe. Kaytranada was nominated for Best Dance/Electronic Album at the 67th Grammy Awards.
This is the first solo performance in about seven years since 2018, and the first time he has performed in Japan since Fuji Rock in 2019. His younger brother and rapper Lou Phelps will appear as a support act. On Friday, August 29th, the day after the Tokyo performance, he has also been confirmed to appear at WORLD KYOTO’s 24th anniversary event.
