Billyrrom released his collaboration single “I’ll be With You” with SSW Nigel Zheng Weijie, a graduate of Berklee College of Music from Malaysia, today, Wednesday, July 30th.
This work was produced and arranged by The BrownieBand, Huang Zi-ken from Furoni. The song is intertwined with the brilliant singing voice of Billyrrom’s Mol (Vo.) and the harmony of Nigel Zheng Weijie, who freely moves back and forth between soft and warm rap and singing, with R&B sound reminiscent of the 80’s.
China’s popular music streaming service, NetEase Cloud Music, was a collaboration training camp in Hangzhou in December 2024 as part of the large-scale project “Life BGM “Love Polyphony”,” which brings together world-renowned next-breaking artists that are attracting attention in 2025. Notable mentors include Marc Dold, an award-winning producer known for his work on Céline Dion’s hit singles, Howe Chen, who won the Best Album Producer at the 35th Golden Melody Awards, Minstrel Lu, who has worked with artists such as Chen Jingfei and Fool and Idiot, and Yuto Uchino of The fin., and NetEase Cloud Music is attracting attention as a major project for global music development.
Billyrrom will also be holding a cultural event called “GER vol.2 5th Anniversary,” which he hosts on Wednesday, September 10th, to commemorate the 5th anniversary of its formation. Tickets are already sold out. In addition, the third EP “Jupiter=” is scheduled to be released in the fall, and the first Asian tour, “Billyrrom Asia Tour 2026 “Jupiter=” will be held from February next year.
