This year’s outdoor music festival, “Ikeko Forest Music Festival,” will be held again for two days, on Saturday, October 18th and Sunday, October 19th, at Ikeko no Mori Natural Park in Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
This event, which is celebrating its seventh year, is planned and run by local volunteers who have gathered with the desire to liven up the culture of Zushi, and its charming location is rich in nature and a homey atmosphere that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
The first lineup has been announced for YOUR SONG IS GOOD, TENDRE, HAPPY, Maika Loubté, Half Mile Beach Club, and HUGEN. It looks like it will be two days when you can enjoy a pleasant, music-filled atmosphere on the grass, surrounded by the nature of Zushi.
The venue also features a market area with popular local restaurants and general stores, as well as workshops for children. Another feature of this festival is that it offers a wealth of fun things other than music. Admission is free for those under junior high school students, and is gaining high support from families as a “family-friendly festival.”
