The band Nose Noise, which is made up of Superorganism’s front-person ORONO and others, has begun. It has been announced that their first album, “TOM” will be released on Friday, September 26th.
Nose noise is a genre morphing band that ORONO formed after several years of conception with musicians active in a variety of genres: Tim Lefebvre and Tyler “Falcon” Greenwell.
This combination, which at first glance seems unusual, is said to easily cross the genres that each member has made as their main battlefield, and by engaging each other’s intense individuality, they create unpredictable songs.
The first album, TOM, announced this time, contains 12 catchy yet challenging songs. The content is said to convey the originality and outstanding performance of nose noise.
To commemorate the release, ORONO will also be holding an autograph session for CD purchasers at Tower Records Shibuya store in Tokyo on Sunday, September 28th. In addition, the record shop “ULTRA SHIBUYA” in Shibuya, Tokyo has decided to order and sell a limited edition CD set with T-shirts. The reservation period is until the entire day of Monday, September 8th.
