Coincheck’s new TV commercial “Coincheck-kun” (6 episodes in total) starring Goro Inagaki and Mogura Suzuki (Air Staircase) as “Coincheck-kun” will be aired from May 9th.

The new commercial “Coin Check-kun”, planned by creative director Takaaki Yamazaki, is a PR that takes into account the charming “adult circumstances” of “Coin Check-kun”, played by Mogura Suzuki, and Inagaki’s cool response. Mainly surreal and comical content.

To commemorate the start of the TV commercial, a family and friend introduction campaign will also be held. Details will be available on the campaign site, which will be updated on May 9th at 5:00 pm (scheduled).

Q: Please tell us what you thought when you saw the storyboard for this new commercial project for the first time.
Inagaki:First of all, Coin Check-kun’s impact was amazing. Since Mr. Mole will be acting, I thought it would be fun and surreal to have a skit-like dialogue.
Suzuki:Whether I’m a hero or a professional wrestler, I was prepared to need power either way.

Q: During the filming, the two of you seemed to be in perfect harmony with each other. Please tell us about any memorable episodes from this filming.
Inagaki:As we took more and more takes, we started to get the hang of it. The dialogue between the two of them was as if they were performing a skit, and I remember how I couldn’t help but laugh during the filming and after the cut. There was also a relaxed atmosphere on set, with a constant flow of laughter.
Suzuki:I shot an improvised pattern in the middle, but that was the first time I finished shooting it, so I think we were definitely on the same page!

Q: Please tell us the highlights of this commercial.
Inagaki:The highlight is the surreal and mysterious interaction between me and the mysterious character “Coin Check-kun.” Check out Coin Check-kun’s cool, custom-made costumes, from his mask to his suit.
Suzuki:It is a mask of “Coin Check-kun”! It was created by scanning everything from the neck up with a high-tech device like a 3D scanner, so it fits my face perfectly without any gaps. It seems like it costs a lot of money!

Q: “When you think of crypto assets, coin check” is the keyword of the commercial.If any of the two of you think of “◯◯,” please let us know.
Inagaki:“When you think of time at home, you think of gardening.” I’ve been addicted to it since last year, and I have a lot of pots at home, so it’s become a habit for me to get a lot of nutrients from plants at home.
Suzuki:“It all started with tobacco.” The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is take a smoke, and then I start doing whatever I do, so it’s like my starting gun. Of course, I had to smoke a lot while filming.

Q: Lastly, please give a message to the people who watch this commercial.
Inagaki:A new commercial that I will be appearing in will start on May 9th. The video features a surreal interaction with the mysterious character “Coin Check-kun”, who plays the role of a mole who is pregnant with adult circumstances, and will make you laugh out loud. Please take a look.
Suzuki:This time, the costume for “Coin Check-kun” was custom-made for my entire body, and it was perfect for my size. I’ll do my best to maintain my body shape, dreaming of the day when I become “Coin Check-kun” again!
