Based in Japan, maeshima soshi is a notable producer who has collaborated with many overseas artists and produced many TikTok hits. Although he has collaborated with a wide variety of artists mainly in Asia, he has long shown a strong interest in South Korea’s HIPHOP and alternative R&B scenes. Earlier this year, talks surfaced about producing the project with Hevel, a Korean artist living in the United States. Hevel liked the demo beat sent by maeshima soshi and readily accepted the offer, and the collaboration began.
