The lead song of Takano Akira’s 9th single, to be released on Wednesday, June 12th, is “Kimi to Iu Kiseki,” the ending theme song for the MBS Drama Toku-ku “The Overprotective Young Master’s Pampered Marriage,” in which Takano himself stars.
The song was written specifically for the drama by lead actor Takano Akira, and is a happy and refreshing love song about the miracle of meeting “your precious you.”
The music video was released on YouTube today.
The music video is a dramatic portrayal of a long-distance relationship with a girlfriend back home, depicting the misunderstandings that arise due to their distance, leading up to their long-awaited reunion.
Takano is set to work as a salesman in Tokyo, and flashback scenes include Takano’s expression of love and the smile he gives to his beloved girlfriend, making for many heart-warming scenes.
The singing scene set against the beautiful natural scenery of a rapeseed field is also impressive.
