[Skapara]Release of new song “Ichinichi Hana feat.imase & Narashino High School Brass Band” has been decided. It will also be the new theme song for NTV ZIP!

Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, which celebrates its 35th anniversary this year, has announced that it will release a new song, “Ichinichi Hana feat. imase & Narashino High School Wind Orchestra,” on Monday, July 1st.
As the title suggests, the guest vocalist is imase, a new generation artist who made his songs go viral on TikTok just one year after starting his music career, and has now been viewed over 10 billion times worldwide on social media, and the new song will be performed by the Narashino High School Brass Band, who also collaborated on “Profile of the Wind” released in 2019. The lyrics for this song were written by Yanaka Atsushi, the music was composed by Kawakami Tsuyoshi, and the brass band arrangement was handled by composer Goma Mikio, who is also the president of Winds Score and was in charge of the arrangement for “Profile of the Wind.”
This song has also been chosen as the new theme song for the Nippon Television morning information program “ZIP!”
This will be the program’s third theme song, following Tatsuro Yamashita’s “MY MORNING PRAYER,” which has been the theme song for “ZIP!” since it began airing in April 2011, and Mr.Children’s “The song of praise,” which has been the theme song since March 2020.

Within seconds of meeting Imase for the first time, he said to me, “I want to collaborate with Skapara.” This was the fastest collaboration in Skapara’s history.
Imase-kun said, “I like hibiscus.” I thought of the fleeting yet vivid brightness of “one-day flowers” that bloom for only one day and then wither, like hibiscus and morning glories, and wrote the lyrics likening them to people who are active from morning onwards.
I believe that around every smiling person, there is a person who makes them smile. The members of the Narashino High School brass band also provided flowers.
When I think that people will be able to listen to me every morning on ZIP! from now on, I can’t help but smile with joy.

When I met Skapara at the event, I told them that I loved “Monhakuchou” and wanted to collaborate with them someday! Then, a week later, I got a direct offer over the phone from Yanaka. I still can’t forget the excitement I felt at that time!
During rehearsals and recordings, they talked to me so that I wouldn’t get nervous, and treated me kindly. I love Skapara for that, and I strongly felt that I wanted to become an adult like everyone in Skapara someday.
“One Day Flower” is a song that makes you feel the beginning of a day, the beginning of love, the beginning of talent, and the many other “beginnings” that abound in life.
Just like the morning sun that reaches anywhere, I would be happy if many people listen to this song.
