IVVY’s first CD release since label transfer, EP “ARROWS” main visual unveiled & tour announced! Lead song “Runners” provided by 7ORDER’s Sanada Yuma!

Artist IVVY will release their first CD release since changing labels, the EP “ARROWS”, on Wednesday, July 10th through Nippon Columbia. A new main visual was released ahead of the release, and it was announced that they will be holding a tour this summer. The release event for this work is scheduled to start on Sunday, April 14th, so if they are coming to your area, why not come and see their performance?

The EP “ARROWS” will include a total of seven songs, including “WHITE SNOW,” “Whatcha Gonna Do,” and “The Way I Am,” which were released as digital singles for three consecutive months from October to December last year, as well as new songs. At the April performance held on Tuesday, April 9th, a monthly live show currently being held at SHIBUYA CLUB asia, it was announced that “Runners,” the lead song on this album, is the first song to be provided by 7ORDER’s Sanada Yuma. The lyrics for this song were co-written by IVVY members MASAKI and Sanada Yuma. Please pay attention to the new song, which features MASAKI’s lyrics on a fast-paced band sound that is reminiscent of Sanada Yuma, who is active as a guitarist in 7ORDER. The song “Raimei – SEVENTH HEAVEN,” which will also be included, is a striking number with intense dance and rap, and together with “Runners,” it can be said that it is enough to show the range of IVVY’s expressiveness.

IVVY has changed labels and is now looking to make a fresh start and run through this summer with the aim of making further leaps forward. Keep an eye on them to see what kind of “Run” they will show us in the summer of 2024 in new territory.

I’m Sanada Yuma of 7ORDER, and I wrote the lyrics (with Masaki), composed and arranged this song. This is my first time providing a song, but it turned out to be a wonderful song that I hope many people will listen to. I was surprised when this song was chosen from the several demos I prepared after seeing the live performance, but it turned out to be a song that IVVY had never done before, and I’m glad that it turned out to be this song! I look forward to the seven of you singing it together, each with your own feelings in your heart and cherishing the people around you. Run through it for as long as you can, even if it’s just one second or one minute!

I’m Masaki from IVVY, and I wrote the lyrics in collaboration with Sanada Yuma from 7ORDER! This is the first time I’ve written the lyrics for a song and after many discussions with Sanada, we’ve created a wonderful song unlike anything IVVY has done before! It’s a straightforward song packed with my feelings, Sanada’s feelings, and the feelings of all the members. I want to move forward even more with “Runners”! I hope our feelings reach as many people as possible.

[IVVY PROFILE / BIOGRAPHY]
A dance and vocal group formed in September 2015 by leader HIROTO and five other members: YU-TA, TOSHIKI, KENTO.i, and TAIYU.
In 2018, he made his major debut under Victor Entertainment.
All of the works they have released so far have made it into the Oricon Top 10 and are still breaking records.
In December 2021, member TOSHIKI decided to graduate in order to focus on his activities as an actor under the name “Tateishi Toshiki.”
The second chapter of the new IVVY will begin in January 2022 with the addition of three new members, MASAKI, TAICHI, and KEY. The new IVVY is made up of seven members with unique personalities and high-spec experience and skills.
