Kenji Ozawa to reissue vinyl version of “LIFE” to mark 30th anniversary

Kenji Ozawa’s second album “LIFE” will be reissued on vinyl by Universal Music.

This reissue will be released on August 31st (Sat), exactly 30 years after the original CD was released on August 31st, 1994. It has been mastered from the original analog master tape and contains a total of eight tracks, four on each side, just like the 1994 analog version. The design, excluding details such as the product number, is a perfect reproduction of the original specifications, and the jacket and inner sleeve are made of high-quality paper “Vent Nouveau”, which is renowned for its texture. It will be manufactured by Universal Music and sold at HMV record shops, HMV&BOOKS online, and other outlets nationwide.

This album contains many hit songs such as “Living to Love and Be Loved,” “Lovely,” “Boogie Back Tonight,” and “The Reason We Go on a Journey,” and continues to be loved by many music fans even 30 years after its release.

In commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the release of “LIFE,” Ozawa will also hold a concert titled “LIFE Reenactment Live” at Nippon Budokan in Tokyo on Saturday, August 31. At the concert, all the songs from the album “LIFE” will be performed.
