Chinza DOPENESS to perform live as guest at Red Bull BC One Cypher Japan 2024

The Red Bull BC One Cypher Japan 2024, which will determine the national winner of the world-class 1-on-1 breaking battle Red Bull BC One, will be held on Sunday, July 7th at the Futako Tamagawa Rise Studio & Hall in Tokyo.

This time, B-Girl Ami, a “Red Bull Dancer” who has been crowned world champion twice in “Red Bull BC One” in the past, will appear as a judge. In addition, there will be a guest live performance by rapper Chinza DOPENESS. He will perform a thrilling one-take rap that was shown in Red Bull’s popular video series “Red Bull 64 Bars”.

In addition, on July 5th (Fri) and 6th (Sat), the Red Bull BC One Camp will be held, a cultural program packed with not only breaking but also the charms of hip hop culture. The Shibuya Stream Hall will be the venue, and the two days will be filled with respect for hip hop culture, with battle content and workshops that anyone can participate in, divided into three floors. Workshops will be held by Red Bull Dancer Kyoka and GRIIMSEN from Denmark, who will be visiting Japan for the first time as a solo artist, as well as various other dance battles.
