I wrote a song called “Humming” as the new theme song for Mezamashi Doyoubi.

The beginning of a new day. Some people may be excited about their holiday plans, and others may not be able to get started today without pushing hard. Personally, I don’t always wake up in the morning with a healthy body and mind, but accepting the morning and living the day to the fullest may seem obvious, but I think it’s extremely difficult and requires perseverance.

I’m sure each person’s morning is shaped by their own various circumstances, and the only person who can face them is themselves…

Still, on Saturdays, I thought, “Wouldn’t it be nice to take a little break from my stressful life and be relaxed enough to just hum along and not worry about anyone?” I thought that the things I’ve been telling myself lately might be an opportunity to loosen the heartstrings of someone who listens, and I thought it would be great if I could write a song about that. . Even if you don’t feel like you’re moving forward in a tangible way, there’s no need to panic; the moment will come when you can shift your gears in your own way. This song conveys the idea that waiting for yourself is not an escape, but that there are times when it is necessary for nourishment. I would be happy if I could gently lean into someone’s ear in the morning, believing that if I could be kind to myself, tomorrow would be a little easier.
