ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION performs their signature song “Haruka Kanata” in one take at “TFT” for the first time in three years

■ “Haruka Kanata” is a huge hit song that gained popularity both domestically and overseas as the opening theme for the TV anime “NARUTO”.

ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION, who will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their major debut in 2023, will appear on “THE FIRST TAKE” for the first time in three years and perform their signature song “Haruka Kanata” (premiere at 10pm on July 5th).

“Haruka Kanata” was released in 2003 and became a huge hit both in Japan and overseas as the opening theme for the TV anime “NARUTO”. At the solo concerts held in Mexico and Santiago in May, the venues were united in singing along, creating a lively atmosphere.

In addition, ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION’s new album “Single Collection,” to be released on July 31st, will include a re-recorded version of “Haruka Kanata (2024 ver.).”

This song will be performed in a special one-take recording exclusively for “THE FIRST TAKE.”
