LOW IQ 01, who is celebrating his 25th solo anniversary, has decided to hold his first solo live show “LOW IQ 01 Solo 25th Anniversary Challenge 25 Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall” at Hibiya Park Concert Hall in Tokyo on November 9th!
