The lineup for the 2024 THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS (TMA), which will be held at Kyocera Dome Osaka on September 7th and 8th, has been announced.
The 2024 THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS (TMA) is hosted by Korean media THE FACT and is managed by FANN STAR (pronounced: Penn Star), an idol and artist support community service run by the media, and FEELING VIVE. The FACT is celebrating its 10th anniversary since its launch, and this will be the first time the event will be held overseas. The stage has been moved to Japan.
With the slogan “NEW GEN FOR FANSTIVAL” (NEW GENERATION FOR FAN FESTIVAL), the festival aims to create a music festival that can be enjoyed by both the next generation of artists who are pioneering a new world of K-POP and their fans. The festival will be hosted by freelance announcer and talent Jung Hyun-moo, who will be working together for the sixth time, and Seohyun, a member of Girls’ Generation and an actor.

The list of artists to appear, announced by the TMA organizing committee on July 19th, is a total of 16 acts: ITZY, JO1, WOOAH, aespa, NiziU, Kep1er, NewJeans, &TEAM, xikers, KISS OF LIFE, n.SSign, EVNNE, TWS, NCT WISH, UNIS, and NEXZ.
As “HYBE’s global boy group,” &TEAM has demonstrated the talent and performance to captivate fans around the world.
Aespa continues to take the K-POP charts by storm, showcasing a unique worldview with each new song they release.
One notable member of the fifth generation is EVNNE, nicknamed the “refreshing idol.”
With their unparalleled presence, ITZY reigns as performance queens on the world stage.
Kep1er is said to be a “complete group” that combines music and visuals.
KISS OF LIFE has grown from a promising newcomer to one of the hottest multinational girl groups right now.
With overwhelming support from Japanese fans, n.SSign is rapidly gaining popularity and expectations are high for their future success.
NCT WISH is the fourth sub-unit from NCT that made a stunning global debut, attracting attention for being produced by BoA.
NewJeans has caused a global sensation with their musicality and high-level performances, and in 2024 they made their Japanese debut at the Tokyo Dome, the fastest in history.
NEXZ was born from “Nizi Project Season 2” by JYP and Sony Music, and their first Korean release ahead of their Japanese debut has been attracting attention from all over the world.
NiziU is the direct senior of NEXZ and, as one of Japan’s top idol groups, is extremely popular in Korea as well, demonstrating their appeal and presence as artists to the world.
TWS has gained attention as the younger brother of SEVENTEEN and has created a unique music genre called “Boyhood Pop” that is full of fresh and refreshing charm.
UNIS is a multinational girl group that has been praised as a “fifth generation rising star” with infinite potential.
Xikers is ATEEZ’s younger brother group, with all members being all-rounders and hailed as a new breed of performance powerhouses.
The members’ talents have blossomed through “QUEENDOM PUZZLE,” and we can expect even greater strides from WOOAH in the future.
JO1 has gained explosive popularity in Japan, and their influence has even spread overseas, as they make steady progress as idols with global aspirations.
More artists are scheduled to be announced in the future.
Advance ticket sales will be available from July 25th to 28th at Ticket Pia for R seats for both days, one-day tickets for VIP seats, and one-day tickets for VVIP seats. There will also be a special chance to see the red carpet before the awards ceremony up close, with 250 winners chosen by lottery on both September 7th and 8th.
