To celebrate the release of Official Hige Dandism’s third major album, “Rejoice,” it has been announced that a special program, “Official Hige Dandism special program “Time to Rejoice,” will be broadcast on Fuji TV from 1:30 am on July 30th. In addition, the complete version, including scenes not shown on terrestrial TV, will be made available on FOD, a video distribution service operated by Fuji TV, immediately after the broadcast.
This program is a packed hour that gives a glimpse into the thoughts and feelings that the four members put into making the album, their approach to music, their personalities, and their relationships. You can see what Official Hige Dandism is like now, with footage of their live studio performances, interviews with each member, and up-close footage of song production. Don’t miss out on the first performance of their songs in a live studio performance.
Official Hige Dandism will release their third major album, “Rejoice,” digitally on July 24th and on CD on July 31st. The album will include 16 songs in total, including “Sharon,” the theme song for the Kansai TV/Fuji TV Monday 10pm drama “Mountain Doctor,” which is being distributed in advance, as well as singles such as “B-Side Blues,” the new commercial song for “Kirin Afternoon Tea,” “Mixed Nuts,” “Subtitle,” “TATTOO,” and “SOULSOUP.” In addition, on July 23rd, the day before the album’s digital release, “Official Hige Dandism one-man live 2024 -UNOFFICIAL-” will be held at Zepp Haneda.
Starting in September, they will hold an arena tour “Official HIGE DANdism Arena Tour 2024 – Rejoice -” with 10 shows in 5 cities across Japan. The tour will kick off at Marine Messe Fukuoka A-kan in Fukuoka, and go on to K Arena Yokohama in Kanagawa, Osaka Castle Hall in Osaka, and more.
A serial number for the lottery application for tour tickets is being distributed exclusively to those who pre-order “Rejoice.” The reservation period at physical stores is until closing time on July 23, so don’t miss it.
