■BUMP OF CHICKEN’s new song “strawberry” jacket designed by VERDY revealed!
BUMP OF CHICKEN will release their new song “strawberry” digitally on July 31st.
“Strawberry” was announced in July as the theme song for the drama “Saionji-san Doesn’t Do Housework” (TBS), and was the latest song by BUMP OF CHICKEN, whose release has been eagerly anticipated since it was first aired in the first episode of the drama. It has now been decided that the song will be released digitally to coincide with the fourth episode of the drama.
The cover artwork, which was revealed ahead of the digital release, was designed by VERDY, who also designed the previous work. The artwork, inspired by the song, directly expresses the song title “strawberry”, and is a striking design that is completely different from BUMP OF CHICKEN’s previous works.
