NTsKi released their new single “Labyrinth of Summer (gentoku Remix)” today, Friday, July 26th.
NTsKi is a band that has been performing widely not only in Japan but also in Taiwan, the US, and the UK. This work is a remix of the romantic reggae track “Labyrinth of Summer,” a staple of their live performances, from their first album “Orca.” The remixer is gentoku, who also produces songs for Tohji and others.
NTsKi’s vocals are enhanced with a glittering, percussive rhythm, transforming into a heavy, dark reggaeton. The original song’s calm summer groove turns into an open-minded summer anthem. The artwork is by AsahiNa, a 3DCG/graphic artist who is gaining attention in the Tokyo street scene.
NTsKi will be appearing at the “GAN-BAN SQUARE” stage, located in a corner of the OASIS area, late at night on the first day of “FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL’24,” which will be held at Naeba Ski Resort in Niigata from Friday, July 26th to Sunday, July 28th.
In addition, a summer playlist including this song has been released on Apple Music and Spotify. The playlist artwork features NTsKi wearing a bikini designed by AsahiNa, and the item will be available for purchase soon at the Osaka select shop MINERAL.
