■THE RAMPAGE’s Kawamura reveals his roots as a popular rapper with “persuasive words”
THE RAMPAGE’s Kawamura Kazuma and Suzuki Takahide will appear on the music program “Otodoraku Route” (Yomiuri TV) which will be broadcast on August 2nd.
Set in an experiential izakaya where you can catch your own fish and have it cooked for you, Suzuki and Kawamura engage in a serious battle in fishing, something that he had always wanted to try. The winner gets to eat the most expensive dish in the restaurant, “lobster sashimi,” and Kawamura, an experienced angler who used to go sea fishing with his grandfather, is serious and says, “I can’t lose now.” Suzuki, a beginner, however, responds with confidence, saying, “You’ve already won.”
10 seconds into the match, Kawamura got off to a rocket start by catching a sea bream. Just when you thought he was showing the confidence of an experienced angler, Suzuki also caught an amberjack, a high-end fish, and the match went back and forth. What will be the outcome of this all-too-serious match? After the match, Suzuki apologized to the staff for some reason, saying, “It’s because I said I wanted to fish.” The reason for this is unclear.
When asked about his musical roots by Otodoraku host Higuchi Taiki (FM802 DJ), Kawamura named a certain popular rapper. Who is this person that he praises highly, saying, “He’s persuasive because he knows the weight of every word.” Suzuki also named a certain world-famous artist who was the reason he fell in love with dance and who he dances with his father.
