Girls² to make their first appearance at Bangkok Nipponhaku 2024! “We hope this will be an opportunity to further strengthen the ties between Thailand and Japan.”

Girls2 (the official spelling is 2 to the power of two) will be making their first appearance at Bangkok Nippon Expo 2024 (August 30th to September 1st), one of the largest Japanese comprehensive exhibitions in Thailand.

The Bangkok Japan Expo has been held once a year since 2015 at the Paragon Hall in the Siam Paragon shopping center in the heart of Bangkok, attracting a total of 100,000 visitors over the three-day period. It is the largest general Japan exhibition in Thailand, with 250 exhibitors and performers from the fields of travel, food, content, traditional crafts, beauty and health, products, study abroad, employment, and performance, and is visited by a wide range of people from their 20s to 50s who have a strong interest and purchasing power in Japan.

This will be the third consecutive year that LDH JAPAN artists will perform at the Bangkok Nipponhaku. Starting with BALLISTIK BOYZ and PSYCHIC FEVER, who have been challenging themselves in Asia, mainly in Thailand, since 2022, THE RAMPAGE appeared in 2023 and recorded the largest audience ever, exciting the venue.

Following this will be Girls2, who are riding high on the success of their 5th anniversary concert in June at Yoyogi National Gymnasium No. 1, which attracted 10,000 people, and will be performing their first live show in Thailand.

Girls2 is an eight-member girl performance group made up of the heroines from the TV Tokyo live-action drama “Girls x Warriors Series.” We hope that their heroine qualities will shine even more in Bangkok, where Japanese anime is also very popular.
