Giorgio Armani has opened a limited-time pop-up store titled “MARE POP UP STORE OMOTESANDO HILLS” in Omotesando Hills, Tokyo.
The press event held on Friday, August 2nd was attended by many celebrities and guests, including actress Ryoko Yonekura, artist Yohei Kawakami of (Alexandros), actor Maryjun Takahashi, models Emi Suzuki, Emma, Hana Matsushima, and artist NOA.
The pop-up store, located in Omotesando Hills, located in the heart of Omotesando, one of Japan’s leading fashion districts, expresses an extraordinary and luxurious worldview reminiscent of an elegant European summer resort. The “MARE Capsule Collection,” which reflects the natural and sophisticated elegance that is the basis of Armani’s aesthetic, offers a wide variety of items, including dresses and jackets made from light and comfortable linen, as well as beach towels, bags, sandals and accessories. Limited items commemorating the opening of the store are also available.
The venue will be decorated with palm trees and tropical leaves, with a turquoise blue theme reminiscent of the sea and sky. Surfboards, macramé beach umbrellas, beach chairs and more will be on display, allowing you to enjoy shopping while feeling the elegant atmosphere unique to this collection.

The venue, with its atmosphere reminiscent of an Italian summer, was dominated by turquoise blue, and the sea, sky, wind, and sand… you could almost feel the sunlight shining down on it. “I visited the pop-up during a break from music production, and the venue was gorgeous, so I felt like I was on vacation and refreshed. I actually went to Italy the other day, but the weather wasn’t good and I wasn’t able to experience the real Italian atmosphere. But coming to this pop-up, I was able to feel the Italian summer air.
The set I wore this time was very comfortable when I put it on, and I was surprised at the gimmicks that were put into the material so that you can enjoy fashion even in the hot summer.
