The total number of views of episodes 1 to 4 of Oshidora Saturday’s “Aoshima-kun is mean” (TV Asahi), co-starring Watanabe Shota (Snow Man) and Nakamura Anne, exceeded 10 million (calculated by Video Research/period: July 7th to August 8th). To commemorate this, a photo of Watanabe Shota, Nakamura Anne, and Tozuka Junki celebrating their friendship was released.

In the fourth episode, Aoshima Mizuki (Watanabe Shota) and Katsuragi Yukino (Nakamura Anne) spend the night at a hot spring inn, and in the final scene, Aoshima pulls Yukino to him with the cushion and says, “I won’t let you get carried away with your drunkenness,” and they collapse onto the tatami mat while kissing, creating an adult scene. Episode 5 will air on August 17th. Episodes 1 to 4 are available for free on TVer, so be sure to check them out.

■ Episode 5 Synopsis
Yukino Katsuragi (Anne Nakamura), a general affairs employee at the beverage manufacturer Cat Beverage, was planning to relax alone at a hot spring inn after a promotional event for the new product “Blue Punch” in Yugawara. Then, Mizuki Aoshima (Shota Watanabe), a system department employee who is a younger fake boyfriend who showed up to help out at the event, said he was also going to stay at the same inn.

Although Aoshima has confessed his love to her in earnest and she has not yet responded to him, Yukino is still interested in him and invites him to her room for a drink, under the pretext of thanking him for helping her with work. Feeling even more awkward, Yukino tries to cover it up by drinking, but Aoshima suddenly pulls her closer, saying, “You’ve come this far… I won’t let you get carried away by being drunk.” Yukino nods at Aoshima’s words and finally makes up her mind. He gently takes off his glasses, and the two collapse onto the tatami mat, but…?

A few days later, the two of them return to their daily lives after their night at the hot spring, but Yukino is still undecided about whether to break away from her carefree single life and pursue a relationship with Aoshima, or to return to a life of being tossed around by love. However, no matter how much she thinks about it, she can’t find an answer, and she can’t find the courage. Yukino’s colleague Takako Suzuki (Ryoko Kobayashi) is surprised and asks how long she plans to keep running away from Aoshima. Takako’s opinion is quite reasonable… Yukino, who thinks that things can’t go on like this, finally decides to meet Aoshima and talk to him. As the appointed time approaches, Yukino is determined to leave the office with all her might, but then she runs into trouble at work…? Meanwhile, Aoshima, who is waiting for Yukino at their usual izakaya, “Manrai-tei,” seems to be worried about something…?
