“Caring Ice” (4 varieties), made with carefully selected ingredients and free of milk, eggs, wheat and refined sugar, and supervised by Chef Fujiharu Koji, who has a business partnership with Avex Healthcare Empower LLC, will be available at six “Natural House” stores in Omotesando, Yurakucho, Meguro, Shimokitazawa, Osaka and Kobe from Saturday, August 10th. Natural House is an organic supermarket that has been proposing safe, secure and healthy lifestyles for over 40 years, in line with the times.

“Caring Ice” is an ice cream that uses no milk, eggs, wheat or refined sugar, and instead makes use of the creaminess of coconut milk and soy milk. It is delicious enough that people with allergies, people with dietary restrictions and vegans can enjoy it without losing their individuality. It also uses amazake (*1) derived from rice malt, which gives it a deep flavor with its natural sweetness. Amazake is said to reduce fatigue and improve bowel movements (*2), and is highly regarded as a traditional Japanese food.
There are four flavors available: coconut, matcha, cocoa, and strawberry & raspberry.

Coconut: The sweet aroma and richness of coconut gently spreads in your mouth.
