Global rookie TRENDZ, who made their Japanese debut on Wednesday, July 31st through avex trax, held their Japanese debut showcase, “TRENDZ JAPAN DEBUT SHOWCASE -REBIRTH-“, at KT Zepp Yokohama on Saturday, August 10th.
The first song they performed was “One Way to Go,” which was performed live for the first time, and the audience couldn’t hide their amazement from the very first song, as the lyrics and dance showed their determination for their Japanese debut.
At the beginning of the live show, TRENDZ, who have been using their powerful performances since their debut, continued to perform songs such as “TNT,” “Trauma,” and “VAGABOND.”
During the MC, the members talked about their thoughts on preparing for their Japanese debut over the past year,
She talked about how she had been studying Japanese hard in order to achieve her dream of making her debut in Japan, and how this day had finally come.
In the middle of the live performance, they performed their Japanese debut song “REBIRTH.” “REBIRTH” was a performance that gave a sense of TRENDZ’s determination to not be swayed by those around them, but to keep moving forward with their own strong beliefs.
In addition, the group performed “BURN UP” and “Nightmare” from their debut mini-album for the first time, with choreography created especially for this showcase. The audience was thrilled by this never-before-seen, mature performance.
Finally, TRENDZ read out a letter to their fans, conveying their feelings, saying, “Let’s support each other and continue to make lots of memories.”
