First cover appearance in Japanese print media in ILLIT "ViVi"! Videos and behind-the-scenes content will be released on SNS

■New photo shoot and face-to-face interview with the five ILLIT members!

ILLIT will appear on the cover of the regular edition of the October issue of “ViVi” (on sale August 22nd).

The July issue of “ViVi” was their first solo interview in a Japanese magazine, and delved deep into the personalities of the members. Now, in the October issue, a new photo shoot and face-to-face interview of the five members has been realized.

The theme of this issue is “Hello! ILLIT.” The 10-page cover story is full of the members’ innocent and cute charm, and comes with a sticker as an appendix.

The outfits were a girly and simple monotone look, and a colorful sporty look with a glittering logo top and hoodie. Both outfits are coordinated to give the group a sense of unity and highlight their cuteness.

The ILLIT members were photographed during breaks in rehearsals for a music show. Despite their busy schedules, they showed no signs of fatigue and were impressive for enjoying themselves on set. They had fun playing with the balloons, beds, hula hoops and other props prepared for them, teasing the members during the interview, and their eyes lit up at the lunch boxes and snacks prepared by the staff. There was also a scene where they gathered together to create handwritten name cards for each member, silently decorating them with lots of stickers. These will also be published in the magazine as they are.

The interviews are also very informative. In the solo segments, they analyze themselves and look back on their trainee days, while in the group talk, the five members honestly talk about their current thoughts on how their lives have changed drastically since their debut.

In addition, there are plenty of fun Q&As that give a glimpse into the members’ personalities. However, the answer to the question “When do your eyes sparkle?” is one that all of them (almost) agree on! Check out the heartwarming answers in the magazine.

The five of them are always together. The pages of the magazine capture the fun atmosphere of an after-school classroom.

■Special project starts on ViVi official SNS and YouTube
Starting August 16th, a special project will be launched on ViVi’s official SNS and YouTube to deliver a lot of special ILLIT videos and off-shot content. Don’t miss the moving, cute ILLIT, including fun unit interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and solo posing videos in which each member thought hard about how they would look cuter.
