AWA, a subscription-based music streaming service operated by AWA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Akio Togashi), will hold a live concert of V-artists at Akihabara Entas on Saturday, October 19th. The third wave of artists was announced today. In addition, the third round of ticket lottery sales has also started at the same time.
With live audio streaming becoming increasingly popular, AWA is taking advantage of the strengths of Avex and CyberAgent to provide streamers with more opportunities to shine and to help them do better. In May of this year, AWA held its first live concert by a V-artist. This time, the name has been changed to “AWA UPSTREAM,” aiming to create a culture in which the mutual feelings and enthusiasm of artists and fans swirl and spread all over the world. On Saturday, October 19th, AWA will hold its second live concert by a V-artist at Akihabara Entas.
Today, we have announced the third wave of artists, following on from Urara Nanami and Rurufu Hizuki. The artist who has been selected to perform is Kashikomari, a VTuber/singer-songwriter who is celebrating her seventh year of activity this year. The third round of ticket lottery sales will also start at the same time. Please join us at “AWA UPSTREAM 2024 AUTUMN”, where many amazing artists will be performing.
As with the last event, we are also accepting entries for a competition event for the right to perform at a real live show, which anyone can participate in. Anyone who is mainly active as a singer or VSinger can participate. In addition, we have decided to hold an event for the right to perform as an MC, aimed at people who are mainly active in talking.
