SAI released their new single “Budding” today, Wednesday, August 21st.
Sai is a four-member band launched in 2022 by TAIHEI, the keyboardist of Suchmos, and currently includes Yusuke Sase (Tp.), Keigo Iwami (Ba.), and Chisato Matsuura (Dr.). In June of this year, they released the single “Dreamin'” featuring rapper Daichi Yamamoto as a guest, which became a hot topic.
This work contains two songs, “Veb” and “Hikari”. The soft drum and bass sounds gently intertwine, and the trumpet and piano sounds give way to a smooth development towards the end, making this a dramatic and refreshing piece.
In addition, following their solo live at Shibuya WWW in Tokyo on Sunday, September 29th, they will also hold a solo live at CLUB METRO in Kyoto on Saturday, October 12th. Official advance ticket sales started today at 7pm.
