“Onna Senshi” was inspired by the hit songs of Yoko Aki, and Ray Yamada wrote the lyrics and composed the song himself. The arrangement was done by Mitsu.J (Digz, Inc. Group), who also works with EXILE and Sandaime J Soul Brothers. This song revives the image of a strong Showa era woman in the present day, delivering a powerful message to modern women.

Ray Yamada
Singer-songwriter. Born in Tokyo. Debuted in 2013. Released 4 albums and 1 single. Based in Tokyo, she tours nationwide, and also writes songs for TV commercials and other artists. She has also performed live in Taiwan, China, and Macau.
In 2018, she played the lead role in the play “Ay: Sonezaki Shinju,” produced by Aki Yoko and with Uzaki Ryudo as musical director, which became a hot topic when even Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress attended.
