The &TEAM series will start in the autumn issue of “bis”. NICHOLAS and MAKI will appear in the first installment.
In the interview, in line with the issue’s theme of “Eternity,” the pair will talk about what is eternally important, as well as answer questions submitted in advance by readers, making for a nine-page special feature packed with new, unknown charms about the pair.
The &TEAM series will introduce the nine members over four issues in “bis” from the Fall 2024 issue to the Summer 2025 issue.
In addition, behind-the-scenes footage of the shoot will be released on the official YouTube channel (scheduled to be released at 6:00 p.m. on August 28th) and on Instagram @bisweb.

It was our first time shooting just the two of us. It was a different feeling from shooting with all 9 of us, and I think we were able to show each of our individual charms better. I like all 3 outfits, but the most impressive was the combination of brown arm warmers and socks. It’s a wintery layered style, but the shorts make it active, so I like it. We haven’t released a song with English lyrics yet, so now that we’ve debuted as a global group, I would like to release a song with English lyrics someday.■NICOLAS Comment
We always do fun things together and shoot dance videos, so it didn’t feel like it was just the two of us shooting for the first time. I really like all three costumes. I like rapping, so I want to have more opportunities to contribute to the group with rapping. There aren’t many hip-hop-style songs in &TEAM’s songs yet, so I want to continue trying different things in the future to broaden the scope of the group’s music.
