HERO’s latest song in 4 months, “Chemicals,” will be released in Japan today, August 28th!

Danish rock band HERO released their latest song “Chemicals” in Japan today, August 28th!

The song follows on from their previous album Alternate Realities (2022), and was created with the drummer and bassist, centered around the worldview of frontman Christoffer Stjerne. Long-time listeners will recognize the band by its sound, but the song is even more intense with its hard riffs and heavy expression. The band has created a futuristic sound with a hard, hooky rock sound, catchy pop melodies, and powerful vocals that can dominate the epic sound.

“What if you feel like your heart has been torn apart? You’ve cut ties with your family and everything you knew, and now you’re in a whole new place, but you still can’t let go of the past? Like any addiction, you know it’s not good for you, but you can’t let go,” says Christoffer. This song is a condensed version of their true talent, unfolding a deep and complex worldview that digs into the depths of human psychology with loud sounds!
