“The person who stands in front of you at critical moments is your other self.”

‘Trymatic’, a project launched as a new challenge for those who continue to take on challenges, released ‘Me Against Myself’ on February 28th as their memorable first work.

It is an emotional digital rock song written entirely in English, depicting the struggle of questioning oneself amidst conflict, regret, and frustration.

‘Trymatic’ is a project by STEVIE, a member of Japanese heavy metal pioneer ’44 MAGNUM’, HRSM, sound producer of electro-alternative pop duo ‘Mellisa Barry’, and bilingual rapper and composer NECKY.

‘Trymatic’, a combination of ‘try’ and ‘trauma’, is a word coined to refer to the mental state of those who keep trying, no matter how many times they try, and never give up.

This is the first time that HRSM’s sophisticated sound makeup is accompanied by NECKY’s catchy melody, and STEVIE’s voice creates a variety of atmospheres, from intense shouts that sometimes pierce the listener’s heart to a relaxing high-tone voice that envelops you. I would like you to listen to my work.
