Nekosen’s trio set tour “CATalogue #1” will be held in Tokyo and Kyoto.
The Tokyo performance will be held on Saturday, October 26th at Shimokitazawa 440, with a two-part performance in the afternoon and evening, while the Kyoto performance will be held on Thursday, November 7th at Sauna no Umeyu. This tour, named “CATalogue #1”, is the first tour where Nekosen will perform with just the three members, unlike most of their usual live shows where they invite supporting musicians such as drummers, guitarists, and horn sections.
The flyer’s photograph was by Ito Rui and the design was by art director Koiso Tatsuya.
The first lottery for tickets has started today on Live Pocket. In addition, a limited number of tickets are available for each performance that come with the right to purchase a vinyl copy of their first album, “Honey Moon Travelogue,” which has already sold out in record shops.
[Comment from Mio Harada (Cat Fighter)]
A catalogue. The illustrations and photographs displayed there appear to be genuine, but ultimately it is up to the astute reader to piece together the meaning of these fragments.
The reason why a song is so gentle is because the selfishness and the needles put into it all bend before they reach someone. Things that have no form are convenient, like clouds floating in the sky.
The signified of cat (Cat) and the word as signifier (logue).
In the meantime, there is music, and it feels like it has found its place and is now breathing.
I know this place doesn’t have an address, but I’d like to meet here.
Catalog. A place to start and come back to.
